For this particular project, I had the opportunity to play a key role as one of the Associate Creative Directors responsible for the development of the concept, activities, and overall ambiance of the Alaska Airlines Retreat. This initiative aimed to provide a serene and rejuvenating escape for the airline's employees, allowing them to unwind, revitalize, and reconnect with their fellow crew members. Our team ingeniously transformed a Seattle warehouse into a welcoming sanctuary, offering various activities such as an essential oils bar, a "Share The Care" encouragement wall, insightful sessions with company leadership, networking opportunities for employees to build and nurture meaningful connections, as well as a meditation station providing everyone with the opportunity to decompress. Rather than focusing on creating a training program, our primary objective was to curate an inviting environment specifically tailored to the well-being of Alaska Airlines employees.
